TOO COOL FOR SCHOOL. For Tommy Hilfiger, college never dies. The all-American fashion house which was founded in 1984 amplifies the nostalgic side of Ivy League in their Modern Prep collection.
“Collegiate traditions and the preppy, Ivy League look were some of my earliest design inspirations and the starting point for our signature style,” asserts Tommy Hilfiger. The brand even classifies the collection to resemble closely
the life in campus – buttoned-down shirt to study in library, lightweight jacket to watch the outdoor football match, and slim-fit wool pants to gather around the bonfire. The one that really takes center stage this season is the
renewed chinos which feature blasts of warm colors and details like rolled hems, funky belt loops and small pockets.
