The ever-growing popularity of athleisure has prompted Norway-based retail company Varner Group to come up with its very own activewear collection. Launched last Tuesday in Paris, France, this collection isn&#8217;t just like any of the others because it&#8217;s created in collaboration with none other than <a href="http://daman.co.id/?s=Zlatan%20Ibrahimović" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Zlatan Ibrahimović</a>.
For non-soccer fans out there, Ibra, as he is usually called, is an iconic Sweden player whose talent is incredible as his quotes are outrageous; said quotes include &#8220;I can’t help but laugh at how perfect I am&#8221; and “One thing is for sure, a World Cup without me is nothing to watch.”

Apparently, he&#8217;s into fashion too. Ibra, who is a fan of Rick Owens&#8217; work, is on hands in the creation of the collection, which he names A-Z. <a href="http://wwd.com/fashion-news/ready-to-wear-sportswear/zlatan-ibrahimovic-launch-training-collection-uefa-varner-group-10445905/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">WWD</a> reports that he tested all prototypes, insisted on the highest quality and gave input on the logo, colorways and minimalist shapes of the collection. “After 15 years of training, I know what you need to put on yourself to train,” he says. “It is pure me.”
Not a fan of exercise or training? That&#8217;s okay. According to Ibra, A-Z is not exactly an &#8220;athleisure&#8221; range, anyway. &#8220;We are the people’s brand so it’s for whoever you are, wherever you come from, it is for everybody, so A to Z, you can be an amateur or you can be Zlatan.”

The collection is available for men and children in 11 European countries. From the looks of it, though, Varner Group seems optimistic about the future so there is a possibility of expanding into other continents.
