PRINCE CHARMING. In honor of the 70th anniversary of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s “Le Petit Prince” novella, IWC Schaffhausen has crafted two exciting timepieces from the Pilot’s Watch line.
Among the two, the Big Pilot’s Watch Perpetual Calendar Edition “Le Petit Prince” holds more interesting features. The stunning rose gold case highlights the elegant dark blue dial, in which the moon phase counter below 12 o’clock showcases a rendition of the little prince from the novel gazing at the stars. Another fanciful element is to be found at the case back, where the little prince reappears on the moving rotor.
