CUT A DASH. TAG Heuer seems to never run out of great ideas. The Carrera“Dashboard” Calibre 1887 Chronograph is one fine example of how the Swiss avant-garde brand exercises its creative approach to design.
The45mm case, as a start, merges two unique architectural concepts: Heuer’s pioneering dashboard timers from the old days and the house’s race-inspired Carrera Mikrogirder launched back in 2012. The crown positioned at 12 even replicates the typical design of a conventional stopwatch. Add to that a sleek black dial and elegant Arabic numerals, and this chronograph cuts a seriously handsome dash on any gentlemean’s wrist.
