SLIM, SEXY SOPHISTICATION. Since last year, the Roman luxury house Bulgari officially holds the title for the world’s thinnest tourbillon with the Octo Finissimo Tourbillon.
The in-house movement BVL 268 Finissimo Tourbillon is an eye-catching flying tourbillon that measures only 1.95mm thick while the whole watch is only 5mm thick and is endowed with a 52-hour power reserve. This year Bulgari relaunches the watch in three 40mm case versions. Elegance is well encapsulated in the pink gold variant, although understated modernity shines through in the platinum case. It doesn’t hurt that Bulgari being a master jeweler also unveils a platinum case set with 60 baguette-cut diamonds on the precious bezel. All these are reserved for the crème de la crème.
