Vans is back at it again with the childhood-inspired collection
After collaborating with Disney, Vans has now teamed up with Nintendo to come up with another collection filled with feelings of nostalgia.
Making an appearance on each of the products in the Vans x Nintendo collection are graphic prints bearing 8-bit images of characters from “Super Mario Bros.,” “Duck Hunt,” “Donkey Kong” and “Legend of Zelda.” The soles of the shoes are plastered with that one sentence that every gamer hate: “Game Over!”
The collection also consists of shoes that are dedicated to Nintendo’s first console, the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES).
Additionally, the Vans x Nintendo collection also includes T-shirts, backpacks, bags, socks and hats for men, women and children.
The collection is available starting June 3, 2016 at select stores and also on Nintendo’s website.
