<h2>The ‘other’ Pitt goes high fashion. Boardwalk Empire actor Michael Pitt is the new face of Prada’s spring-summer 2012 campaign.</h2>

Pitt was styled as a “Golden Age of Hollywood” player in a series of images for Prada’s latest menswear lines. The campaign was shot by highly respected fashion photographer David Sims, who put an emphasis on “rich tones and deeply saturated colors echoing 1950s studio portraiture.”

The campaign photos highlight some fun pieces from Prada, including graphic printed shirts and some impossibly flamboyant pants. These are in contrast to some more classic pieces such as a double-breasted blazer. All in all, it’s an interesting mix this season from Prada, with a blend of timeless classics and nearly over-the-top flamboyance, which Michael Pitt pulls with some serious dash.
