The Monogram Eclipse collection from Louis Vuitton was first seen and introduced in its Men&#8217;s Fall/Winter 2016 collection. Its monochromatic gray and black shadow hues add a cool and discreet persona to the emblematic Monogram canvas. The new contemporary shapes coupled with darker tones embrace a new sense of masculinity. And in a heartbeat, it became one of the maison&#8216;s most sought after items.

Fast forward to the present, the French luxury brand has now included two new silhouettes to the collection: the Soft Trunk Wallet and Trio Backpack. First up is the Trio Backpack. The new Trio backpack is a fashion-forward blend of heritage and modernity, combining Louis Vuitton’s classic Monogram Eclipse canvas with an array of imaginative signature touches by designer Virgil Abloh. Conceived for comfort and convenience, it offers a body-friendly supple texture, a secure magnetic closure system and multiple pockets inside and out.

The Soft Trunk is a soft-sided messenger bag fashioned from Monogram Eclipse canvas with matte-black hardware and an adjustable strap in black leather. Subtle details such as the reinforced corners evoke the house’s iconic trunks. The supple canvas means it’s body-friendly while the wide opening makes it very easy-to-use.
