Now in a new location, Silk Bistro (Jl. The venue features a main dining area, lounge, bar and private rooms. Under the leadership of Chef Owner Freddie Salim, the menu spans a broad range of flavors, from prawn toast, spring rolls and dim sum to tom yum, fish and chips and wood-fired grilled dishes.
