The simplicity of the dial disguises a smart chronograph function that requires only one pusher at 2 o’clock to do it all—to start, stop, and zero the chronograph counters. Corum Golden Bridge Automatic in titanium
The most recognizable model from Corum is returning this year with a striking titanium case in black DLC treatment. Inside the tonneau-shaped watch is a stunning 18K red gold baguette movement that’s carefully carved in detail, exposing the gears and jewels. It doesn’t hurt that the case has all sides transparent, hence the crown placed at 6 o’clock. When worn on the wrist, this Corum beauty curiously changes its dial shade to slightly darker. This is an intended visual surprise, made possible by the metalized decoration on the sapphire crystal case-back.

A poetic expression of time is what Hermès desires to encapsulate in its Arceau Pocket Chevaux Sauvages creations. Available in two rich shades of blue and grey, the white gold pocket watches are luxuriously made with engraved crystal covers, featuring a pair of wild horses in affectionate gestures. The fabled depiction stems beautifully from a 19th-century motif by the Cristalleries Royales de Saint-Louis, and it takes approximately 15 days to finish every single lid. Another visual allure worth admiring is the vivid dial color, which is enhanced by the smart use of Grand Feu enameling. There’s also a dedicated pouch and cord-strap made of alligator leather that come with the elegant pocket watch.

Jaeger-LeCoultre Grande Reverso Ultra Thin 1931
Only few watches have flirted with the green courts of polo games. Back in the 1930s, British colonial army officers often passed the time by competing in friendly polo matches. To complete the fun, Jaeger-LeCoultre designed a special rectangular watch named Reverso, which can swivel and turn the front dial around to protect it against any impact. 80 years after, the Swiss watch manufacture brings back the legendary model in an updated version and a sumptuous shade of chocolate brown. The Grande Reverso Ultra Thin 1931 looks sharp with a very slim profile of 7.3mm thickness. While every unit comes attached with a chestnut brown alligator strap, a partnership between the brand and Argentinean fine leather workshop Casa Fagliano allows watch owners to get a special cordovan leather strap to match their polo boots or the desired color preference.
