As part of its quest to establish itself as a lifestyle-focused brand, German fashion label BOSS introduces BOSS House Bali, its inaugural hospitality venture in Southeast Asia. This monumental occasion also coincides with celebration of the launch of BOSS’ Spring/Summer 2024 collection.
DAMAN had the exclusive opportunity to experience BOSS House Bali firsthand, ahead of its public debut where it would be made available to the public for reservations from June 16 to August 31, 2024.
Upon entering the premises, the BOSS logo is seen on top of the recently-finished villa, which is designed by =Alexis Dornier. The German architect blends contemporary architecture with organic materials and designed the house to evoke a sense of empowerment, inviting guests to “Feel the Power Within.” Serving as a sanctuary for creativity and self-discovery, the villa encapsulates the ethos of #BeYourOwnBOSS, promoting a life defined by self-determination, confidence and authenticity. In short, guests are invited to embrace the BOSS lifestyle at the villa, where every corner offers a 360-degree experience, 24/7.
A collection of BOSS The Collection Parfum on a side table greeted us upon opening the villa’s doors. The vast collection offers a moment to indulge in BOSS fragrances when entering and departing. Over at the dining hall, staff are on-site every day until 11PM to cater to requests. And beyond the sliding doors, it’s impossible to miss the spiral water slide cascading over the turquoise-colored pool. Along the sides, sunbeds with BOSS beach towels in three shades of black, cream and orange await. In the corner, a nifty stand by as local coffee shop ready to serve guests in need of a caffeine boost.
The three-storied villa has six rooms, two located on the ground floor and the remaining four on the top floor. Each room comes with a curated BOSS homewear collection, featuring everything from bath robes to linens and monogrammed bedspreads.
The top floor is also equipped with a mini gym and has plenty of space for yoga sessions, while the basement floor is dedicated for lounging and recreation. Here, guests can enjoy amenities such as a pool table, a sunken outdoor lounge area, an ice bath by Solace and a backyard to host dinner parties.
