Chef Mauro Colagreco draws inspiration from Monsieur Dior’s passion for botany and his couture legacy, translating the house’s signature motifs into exquisite confections. A standout is Le Jardin de La Colle Noire, a pandan-infused dessert inspired by Dior’s legendary estate. The café’s floral-themed signature cocktails are equally worth savoring.
