The architects of fashion. For Louis Vuitton, fashion and architecture are two sides of the same coin. Architecture builds department stores or boutiques that display and, in the end, sell fashion.

At the same time, architecture depends on fashion to set the design trends. Knowing very well what good architecture can do to its fashion items, Louis Vuitton’s in-house Architecture Department has been building dozens of iconic Louis Vuitton stores around the world: There’s the New York Fifth Avenue store with its glass façade and the Hong Kong Landmark store with its cascade of LED lights, for example.
Both stores, and many others, are subjects of Louis Vuitton Architecture and Interiors. Exploring Louis Vuitton’s international stores and unfinished projects, the coffee table book also features mind-opening interviews with the architects behind the fantastic buildings.
