Watch Review: Piaget’s Thin Man

THE THIN MAN. During SIHH 2012, Piaget presented a new line of ultra-thin watches: the Piaget Altiplano Skeleton Ultra-Thin, which broke two world records as the world’s thinnest self-winding skeleton model (5.34 mm) while housing the world’s thinnest self-winding skeleton movement (2.4 mm).

This resolutely modern timepiece has been designed with a 31.9-mm diameter case combining a pure Altiplano spirit and modern black codes. Accented by a slick black alligator leather strap, this impressive watch offers a range of 18 ultra-thin movements and five skeleton movements.
