Watch Review: Bell & Ross’ Another Horizon

Adding to its line of masculine timepieces, Bell & Ross’s latest is inspired by far horizons, aeronautical instrumentation and air navigation.

The BR 01 Horizon is the result of the creative watchmaking efforts by the designers at Bell & Ross, who put two special features in it to represent the sky (in gray) and the earth (in black). It’s also separated by a white horizon line at the 9 o’clock to 3 o’clock axis. The raised dial of the watch shows the indexes on the first level, while the second level of the dial is divided by the horizon line. Beyond the traditional concept of reading time, the window at 12 o’clock enables the hours and minutes to remain visible when they disappear below the bridge of the raised dial.

The hands and the index marks are covered in a white photo luminescent coating that contrasts with the black of the dial and a 46-mm diameter stainless steel case.
