For 35 years, Louis Vuitton has been a great partner to the America’s Cup competition that celebrates the best of global sailing spirit. The Parisian has, once again, launched a new annual collection suitable to be worn on and off the blue ocean.
This latest collection features a simple yet elegant line of leisure and casual wear. As it feeds from the competitive spirit of the America’s cup, it clear to see that it bears an uncanny sporty look. The main color palette is dominated by white, navy and black, embedded with hints of bright yellow and combinations of the signature red and blue of Gaston-Louis Vuitton. To mark 35 years of partnership, several pieces are emblazoned with number “35” on the front.
As always with Louis Vuitton, bags remain the collection’s mainstay. The Damier patterns comes in a combination of dark navy blue and white. All bags and wallets are brandished with a large white “V” and accented with either a red or yellow outline. You can find this design on the iconic Keepall and Apollo backpack. Other accessories in this collection sport the Semaphore and Tropicoral design to tie in with the nautical look of the whole collection.
