Louis Vuitton just dropped their Spring/Summer 2019 pre-collection, and it looks out of this world — literally.
Neither designed by Virgil Abloh nor Kim Jones, the overall look has a space theme, inspired heavily by interstellar journeys.
The collection is split into two deliveries, with first being inspired by the astronauts and their sci-fi outfits. A number of down jackets and shiny patches have been reimagined, elevated by the French brand.
The second delivery applies bolder galactic patterns throughout — planets, stars, supernovas over silk shirt and lightweight knits.
This surely will be one of next year’s cosmic discoveries.
