LEAVIN’ ON A SPRAYER. The oldest running couturier in Paris, Lanvin, elevates men’s sneakers like no other
This season is no exception, with the application of hand-spraying on leather.
Done in Italy, each pair then sports distinctive spraying marks, exuding that “worn-in” look, in line with the aesthetics of Lucas Ossendrijver, the brand’s menswear style director.
The variety of colors ranges quite distinctively as well, with some leaning toward electric blue or bright green. The shoes, coincidentally, are also part of the seasonal collection that marks a decade of Ossendrijver’s tenure in Lanvin and, sadly, the departure of his long-time fashion collaborator, Alber Elbaz.
