Lanvin Embraces “Mix and Not Match” Styling

This year marks a decade of Lucas Ossendrijver’s tenure at Lanvin, and in the season’s pre-collection, the menswear style director shows no signs of slowing down

The sense of strong individualism is embraced completely in respect to “mix and not match” styling.

The suits are broken into clashing combos of patterned jackets and striped pants. The house’s iconic spider logo reappears on the baseball jackets, tastefully paired with a Prince of Wales-checked shirt, as seen in the lookbook.

In terms of silhouette, one highlight would be oversized lightweight pants that hug the waist and follow every movement.

Perfecting the clothing ensembles are black skinny belts and spider-pendant necklaces.
