“Emporio Armani Remix” Capsule Makes Its Debut

Designer streetwear collection is all the rage these days, so it’s no wonder to see one coming from Armani. Not only stylish, though, this particular collection is also made to be functional

Emporio Armani Remix, as the capsule collection is called, is designed in collaboration with Antonio, a multi-brand retail store that is located on the second floor of department store Excelsior Milano in Milan, Italy. There’s “Remix” in the title because it’s inspired by music, which Antonio describes as the “universal language.”

But the overall design of the collection is pretty much influenced by urban lifestyle, especially that of a cyclist. The pieces—sweatshirts, hoodies, jackets, windbreakers, shorts, T-shirts, leggings—are functional and oversized to ensure comfort. The materials include compact cotton with a neoprene hand, parachute nylon and high-tech cotton.
