Whiskey Apple Soda
A water carbonator makes fast work of turning tap water into the soda water called for in this cocktail, which was created by the beverage experts at Bourbon & Branch, an acclaimed bar in San Francisco, California.
- Ice as needed
- 2 oz. bourbon
- 3/4 oz. organic apple juice
- 1/2 oz. ginger beer (not ginger ale)
- 1 oz. soda water
In a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice, combine the bourbon, apple juice and ginger beer and shake until well chilled, 20 to 30 seconds. Strain into a Collins glass and top with the soda water. Serve immediately. Serves 1.
