<p>Many brands decided that the next fall/winter will be the best moment for us to shine &#8211; and quite literally. Flashy metallics and shiny sequins in gloomy Milan? Why not?</p>

<p>We can think this as a quirky anomaly, or a brave and socially brilliant design decision. PVC is definitely not a favorite in any condition, but they could be when the weather gets extreme.</p>
