CHIC MAGNET. Little do people know that the watch technology has never ceased to reinvent its history.
Among some vanguards arriving at the edge of new evolution, TAG Heuer is one that constantly pushes the envelope for an ultra-precise chronograph equipped with an ultra-precise escapement. The year 2010 was the time when the Swiss luxury watchmaker unveiled the groundbreaking concept of MikroPendulum. Magnetism persists as the ideal energy that drives the watch, replacing the typical hairspring which takes account the impact of gravity. And this year TAG Heuer brings that concept to reality as it officially launched the Carrera MikroPendulumS: the world’s first magnetic double tourbillon watch. Housed in an unconventional layout, the tour de force is none other than the novel escapement with two golden bridges at the dial bottom. The 45mm casing also makes a standout appearance, as it should naturally be.
