<p>The 39.5mm watch has an extremely eye-catching dial that exemplifies the fine art of champlevé enameling. The words “Hermès Paris” are formed in two dimensions on a gold plate and reproduced in metal before a molten glass powder is poured into the cavities and then fired at more than 800 Celsius. This “Perspective cavalière” motif was derived from the luxury house’s silk scarf archives. Underneath the alluring dial is an ultra-thin in-house movement, the Hermès H1950.
