<h2>MAKING A RE-MARK. 1969 was the year when <a title="Omega" href="http://daman.co.id/tag/omega/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Omega</a> joined the monumental journey of man stepping on the moon for the first time.</h2>

<p>On the wrists of the astronauts were Omega Speedmaster Professional chronographs, aka the Moonwatch, which was powered by the hand-wound movement caliber 861. The same movement was used for the Speedmaster Mark II, another signature timepiece launched in 1969. Its accent barrel-shaped case design gets revisited in 2014 as Omega reintroduces the Speedmaster Mark II with an automatic movement and tachymetric scale that is visible in the most limited light—a first in the Speedmaster family. Two versions of case and bracelet are available, and so are the dial choices. Those who like to show off should grab the black dial with fluorescent orange indices.</p>
