A new brand in Indonesia, Antony Morato made a successful introduction during its show at Plaza Indonesia Men’s Fashion Week (PIMFW) 2015, held in partnership with DA MAN
It’s not always easy being the new kid; people would expect things from you. But Antony Morato seemed to handle the pressure very well. How did the brand do it? By letting the ladies take the lead.
The show was opened with female models and celebrities, including Tatjana Saphira and Tara Basro, who walked down the runway in Antony Morato’s clothes to Aerosmith’s “Dude (Looks Like a Lady).”
The gentlemen then followed. With “A Day in New York” as the theme, the fall/winter ’15 collection was all about layering; it made us think of a chilly autumn in the Big Apple. Hat’s off to the styling department that managed to mix and match all the different pieces into coherent looks.
