On November 8, 2019, “Midway”, an American war film based on the attack of Pearl Harbor and Battle of Midway during World War II, was first released worldwide.
Directed by Roland Emmerich, this passion project features an ensemble cast of A-list Hollywood celebrities; Nick Jonas, Darren Criss, Luke Evans, Patrick Wilson, Woody Harrelson, Dennis Quaid, Aaron Eckhart, Mandy Moore, and more. It holds a record of being one of the most expensive independent films of all time, with a production budget that costs $100 million.
