On November 17, 2011, Chef Angelo Sabatelli of the Italian restaurant <a href="http://www.masseriaspina.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Masseria Spina</a> is flying in for a special gourmet occasion where he will present the rare white truffle from Alba for a real definition of special delicacy. In the hand of a caliber chef, the white truffle dinner will become an unforgettable culinary experience. Over the course of his 27-year career, Chef Sabatelli has worked with several five-star hotels across the countries from Italy, Rome, Jakarta, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Mauritius.

Chef Sabatelli is returning to Jakarta to present a 5-course gourmet dinner with the exotic white truffle paired with Italian wines. A one-night opportunity.
