IT’S REIGNING MEN. These actors and musicians have over the years honed not only their talent for the big screen but also fine dressing skills for the red carpet, as seen at the Oscars 2017
Casey Affleck
No longer overshadowed by his big brother, Casey Affleck has been grabbing headlines during the awards season with his shining performance in “Manchester by the Sea.” Although the 41-year-old admitted to not looking his best on the red carpet given his full beard (it’s part of his role for a new film), his black Louis Vuitton tuxedo looked immaculately sharp, embedded with the same 14-karat gold-and-ruby AIDS ribbon pink that Elizabeth Taylor wore more than two decades ago. Even Batman would’ve approved.
David Oyelowo
White tuxedos have been the go-to outfit for some stylish thespians during the 2017 awards season. So, when the English actor David Oyelowo showed up in a finely tailored Dolce & Gabbana white suit but with a matching black lapel and pants, the cameras snapped like crazy. The white tuxedo shirt with a wing-tipped collar was also spot-on. Boy, did Oyelowo set the bar high for other white-tuxes to follow or what?

Josh Dallas
There’s always an unspoken charm coming out from a man wearing a velvet suit. That also happened with DA MAN‘s former cover star Josh Dallas with his dark burgundy Isaia suit and Tod’s leather shoes at the Oscars 2017. He may be the knight in a shining armor on “Once Upon a Time” TV series, yet the father of two needs no armor to shine on the red carpet.
