American skateboarding shop and clothing brand is releasing a new box-logo tee to support youths and families facing homelessness due to the COVID-19 pandemic
The COVID-19 pandemic has spurred a multitude of fashion brands into action. Some have donated funds, manufactured hospital gowns or masks, etc.—each doing the best they can to help. Recently, Supreme joined the list of brands rising to the occasion to those list by creating a special T-shirt. We’re not talking about just any ordinary too, however, as the brand is taking its most iconic and coveted design—the box-logo tee—and adorning it with original artwork by Japanese contemporary artist Takashi Murakami and then selling it online in order to support homelessness relief.
“Supreme will release a benefit Box Logo Tee to support youth and families facing homelessness during the COVID-19 pandemic,” said the brand on its website. “The Box Logo Tee features original artwork by Takashi Murakami and 100% of the proceeds will go to HELP USA (www.helpusa.org).”
