“Be the Next BOSS” marks a confident new chapter for the house, spotlighting a new generation of changemakers shaping contemporary culture.

BOSS has unveiled its Fall/Winter 2025 campaign under the empowering motto “Be the Next,” an evolution of its long-running Be Your Own BOSS platform. This latest chapter celebrates ambition, individuality and forward momentum, placing the focus firmly on those shaping what comes next.
The campaign brings together a diverse lineup of emerging talents from fashion, music, sports and film, each offering a personal interpretation of what it means to forge one’s own path while inspiring others along the way. Leading the cast are English actor Aaron Pierre and Indian actor and dancer Ishaan Khatter, whose commanding presence and energy anchor the narrative. They are joined by K-pop star S.COUPS, tennis standout Taylor Fritz and fashion figure Amelia Gray, forming a collective united by a shared drive to push boundaries.
In the campaign film, each participant journeys through a symbolic tunnel toward a radiant light representing aspiration and achievement, before emerging into individual portraits styled in the season’s key looks. The collection leans into warm, rich tones that reflect the layered sophistication of winter dressing, with marled grays, deep chocolate browns and sage greens setting the mood.
By balancing classic elegance with modern wearability, BOSS presents a wardrobe that feels cohesive and purposeful without sacrificing individuality. The campaign’s storytelling centers on self-determination, while the refined palette and luxurious materials lend a sense of maturity and confidence. “Be the Next BOSS” ultimately positions itself as more than a statement on style, but as an expression of the mindset behind it.
