DAMAN: What is the big theme for the Fall/Winter 2019 collection?
PEDRO: For the men’s line, we have 2 big themes: the Nomad and Poet.
D: What is the inspiration for the collection?
P: We were influenced much by Electric Western. It’s an electric energy of sportswear coupled with intricacies of Western details.
Nomad is for casual weekends. The pieces feature embossed camo, ombré, quilted panels, yellow highlights, reds, and blocking stripes.
Poet is for dressy weekends. We are inspired much by snakeskin, felted, earth tones, cozy checks.
D: What is the colour scheme for this season?
P: In Nomad, the palette features Teaberry, Dazzling Blue, Lemon, Bright White, and Stretch Limo Black. For Poet, you’ll see a burst of Marine, Brick Red, Vanilla, Hiking Green, and Satchel Tan.
D: Can you explain more about the color blocking?
For color blocking, it’s an evergreen trend that we have been doing for a time now. It has been our bestselling style.
D: Is this collection more casual or formal?
P: PEDRO is a melting pot of styles. It caters to a wide range of styles, practically elevating everyone’s personal style to the next level. We provide versatile collections for all personalities ranging from casual, formal, dressy to sporty looks.
D: What are the key items to this collection?
P: Here are the products will love, that I’m sure our customers will also love.
D: Are there any new materials used in this collection?
P: We introduce to you our Lightweight Formal Shoe, made by burnished calf leather and micro-fiber. This formal shoe is not only lightweight, at the same time it’s also trendy and robust.
