THE WOO FACTOR. Some scents convey seductive notes, while others don’t play coy and grab attention straight away with arousing whiffs.
The latter aptly describes the newest limited edition offering from French fashion and perfume designer Thierry Mugler. The A*Men Pure Wood is part of the popular A*Men series that started way back in 1996. This one is less sweet on the nose, though, with a strong mix of oak wood and creamy vanilla instead. Upon wearing, the scent could last up to 10 hours, depending on the weather. Also staying true to the name is the bottle design, with its wood bark-textured exterior and a recognizable angled star-shaped glass emblem.
