DINING ON THE EDGE. Following a five month transformation, the Pan Pacific Singapore hotel opened Edge (7 Raffles Boulevard, Marina Square, Singapore. +65 6826 8240) a new restaurant that gives guests the ability to take a culinary tour of the region with food made fresh before their eyes.
The interiors, decorated with natural touches such as riverstone, wood and rattan make for a perfect setting to enjoy their regional specialties, which are cooked in seven different open concept kitchens. Diners can get up close and personal with their chefs as they bake pizzas in a custom wood-fired oven, grill your satay over a charcoal grill, or cook you up fresh crustaceans to make Singapore’s signature chili crabs.
