The interiors, decorated with natural touches such as riverstone, wood and rattan make for a perfect setting to enjoy their regional specialties, which are cooked in seven different open concept kitchens. Diners can get up close and personal with their chefs as they bake pizzas in a custom wood-fired oven, grill your satay over a charcoal grill, or cook you up fresh crustaceans to make Singapore’s signature chili crabs.
