Raffles Jakarta introduces a duo of chefs from the brand&#8217;s Istanbul property to help them creating a special Turkish Ramadhan menu.

Chefs Umut Tabak and Bilal Keser will bring true authentic Turkish cuisine with items such as the various spiced lamb kebabs, live shawarma station, thin crust Turkish pizzas, Turkish salads and Chef’s famous Baklava among many others.

The specialty cuisine will be available every day  during the holy month of Ramadhan, adding a new spin to your eclectic urban break the fasting experience. The menu will be served at Arts Cafe and the specially erected pop-up: Turkish Bazaar.
