To commemorate the launch of Porter Tokyo, a new season-ready series of bags has been launched
The Japanese heritage bagmakers of Yoshida Kaban have just unveiled the Turquoise series under its Porter brand, which is also released as part of the festivities around the launch of Porter Tokyo. As its name suggests, the collection prominently features a turquoise color scheme along with lock attachments, which alludes to Tiffany & Co.’s iconic motif. The brilliance of the blue-green hue and the collection’s simplistic style makes it quite ideal for spring.
The bags in the Turquoise series are made usinga light and soft nylon twill. The Porter’s fabric label is finished in black, while the straps and hooks are rendered in the same color as the bag. To complete the design, a padlock is attached to the front of each bag. Most importantly, this collection features some of Porter’s best-selling shapes, such as the 2-Way Tool Bag, Waist Bag, Helmet Bag, Shoulder Bag, and Vertical Shoulder Bag, all in light and soft nylon twill with white stitching.
