This June will see the 90th edition of <a href="http://daman.co.id/?s=Pitti%20Uomo" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Pitti Uomo</a>, the prestigious menswear trade show that is held biannually in Florence, Italy. <a href="http://www.pittimmagine.com/corporate.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Pitti Immagine</a>, the trade fair&#8217;s organizer, has begun readying itself—and the rest of the world—for the occasion by releasing a preview.
This short film plays around with this edition&#8217;s theme, which is “Pitti Lucky Numbers.” Judging from the film, Pitti Uomo must think almost every number is lucky, as it features a countdown from nine to one. And yes, it even includes the number four; this will definitely shock some people.

Then again, the numbers shouldn&#8217;t be the main focus; the colorful retro theme, signified even more with the appearance of a male model sporting a rockabilly hairdo, should be more than enough to create a striking impression. If it&#8217;s any indication to the upcoming Pitti Uomo, we should expect even more peacocking and more vibrant street style than the previous edition. More importantly, it shows that Pitti Uomo is fully embracing the digital technology.
