The next episode of Pharrell Williams’ long-standing collaboration with adidas Orignals sees the release of a basketball-inspired collection. The range of SS20 pieces will also include performance-oriented attire, as both parties aim to win over the world’s basketball community.
Pharrell Williams and adidas Originals have proven to be a creative match made in heaven. Since teaming up in 2014, their releases have stolen the spotlight from other big names in the game. For the spring/summer 2020, Pharrell Williams x adidas dropped a candid basketball collection with the highlight, as always, being the range of shoes.
The collection features a run of iconic adidas silhouettes such the Stan Smith and Campus, alongside newer models such as the Crazy BYW 2.0 and 0 to 60. Through William’s distinctly colorful touch, updated material palettes and both parties creative concepts, the collection looks as it aims to win the hearts and mind of the global basketball community by uniting on-court basketball performance with off-court lifestyle.
In addition to footwear, the collection includes performance T-shirts, hoodies and shorts. The collection is now available on adidas’ website.
