Nike Unveils Movie Titled “Never Too Far Down”

To inspire sports fans in the middle of this worldwide crisis, Nike brings up some of the most magical comebacks in sport

American sports equipment and fashion brand Nike is definitely a veteran when it comes to making inspirational campaigns telling stories of blood, sweat and tears in the world of sport. As more and more pro competitions are gearing up to return, Nike has released a movie titled “Never Too Far Down” as an extension of its “You Can’t Stop Us” campaign.

Narrated by LeBron James, this movie features his team at the time when the Cleveland Cavaliers became the very first NBA team to come back from a 3-1 deficit back in the 2016 Finals against the Golden State Warriors.

Moreover, “Never Too Far Down” also features Tiger Woods’ green jacket moment at the 2019 Masters, Cristiano Ronaldo during the Euro 2016 Final against France, Serena Williams’ victories and the magical comeback victory by the New England Patriots against the Atlanta Falcons at the Super Bowl.

“We came back when we should have been long forgotten, and we did it time and time again,” LeBron James comments. “Right now we’re fighting for something much bigger than a win or a championship, but if we’ve learned anything from sports, it’s that no matter how far down we may be, we are never too far down to come back.”

Even against the toughest odds, hope remains connected to our sporting spirit. On that note, it would seem that Nike might just be the one to remind us all of the feeling of fandom, the thrill of experiencing disbelief and the joy of collective celebration.
