EXPANDING INNOVATIONS. The classic style of the Onitsuka Tiger Mexico 66 gets an orthopedic upgrade, making it a better fit for todays modern needs
The revamp of the Onitsuka Tiger Mexico 66 SD
Onitsuka Tiger’s classic Mexico 66 shoe, otherwise known as the shoe that Uma Thurman wore in the movie “Kill Bill,” has been revamped for this spring/summer with improved performance and a more modern silhouette. Named the Mexico 66 SD, the toe and heel portions are upgraded with fuzeGEL cushioning material that improves the resilience of the shoe. The OrthoLite insole also results in a better fit of the shoe, while the rubber outer provides better grip. As an added bonus, the Mexico 66 SD stands better on wet surfaces. Staying true to the classic Mexico 66, the upgraded version still retains the same thin sole, heel flap and Onitsuka Tiger stripe.
