RUSH LAUDA RUSH. “The closer you are to death, the more alive you feel.”
Ron Howard’s Rush, a riveting documentary-drama of 1970s legendary Austrian F1 racer Niki Lauda, will keep you on the edge of your seat from the beginning to end. Spanish actor Daniel Brühl was cast to play Lauda, opposite Chris Hemsworth who took the role as his rival, James Hunt. The story circles around the rivalry between the two, especially after Lauda suffers from severe injuries during a critical accident and decides to come back to the track only a few weeks after his surgery. Expect a gripping competitive racing battle and slick strategies, combined with near-death experiences – all in the name of speed and valor.
