Named for its ultra-light construction, with each shoe weighing just over 300 grams, the sneaker features a ripple-inspired outsole that blends vintage design references with advanced materials. It is crafted from a sophisticated combination of water-resistant nylon, suede calf leather, python and Louis Vuitton’s newly developed Silk Tech fabric, delivering durability, flexibility and lasting comfort. A thermoformed footbed enhances cushioning, while subtle House signatures such as Monogram Flower detailing and discreet LV branding preserve Louis Vuitton’s distinctive identity within a streamlined, performance-driven design.</span></p>

<p>Equally compelling is the introduction of Silk Tech, Louis Vuitton’s latest proprietary material created to redefine the relationship between technology and luxury. First presented on the Fall/Winter 2026 runway in Paris, the fabric combines 51 percent silk and 49 percent recycled nylon to create an exceptionally lightweight textile that is water-repellent, crease-resistant, anti-fraying and highly durable. Despite its innovative composition, Silk Tech retains the refined touch and luminous finish of silk while achieving an appearance reminiscent of supple leather.</p>
<p>Inspired by the remarkable strength-to-weight ratio of hot-air balloons and early 20th-century silk parachutes, Silk Tech represents the next chapter in Louis Vuitton’s ongoing exploration of material innovation.
