French fashion house Louis Vuitton partners with Chef Gaggan Anand, renowned for his innovative approach to Indian cuisine, to a first-of-its kind restaurant in Southeast Asia

Located within the newly revealed LV The Place Bangkok boutique, Gaggan at Louis Vuitton is led by Gaggan Anand (the owner of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurant-winning Gaggan for four consecutive years), celebrated for his inventive approach to traditional Indian dishes. The institution promises a seamless blend of haute couture and culinary artistry.

Upon entering the premises, guests are greeted by a display of trunks reflecting Louis Vuitton’s identity while emphasizing the brand’s affinity for travel. On the design side of things, neutral colors dress the interior, juxtaposed with a play of textures. Resin structures designed by Draga & Aurel adorn the space, lending an elegant touch to the restaurant.
The maison‘s Monogram embellishes several aspects of the dining experience, from the tableware to the glassware, further showing the establishment’s commitment to luxury and style. Additionally, the restaurant features ten Italian marble tables, providing guests with a comfortable setting to savor exclusive menus inspired by the five “S”: sweet, sour, salty, spicy, and surprise.

Gaggan at Louis Vuitton offers an eight-course lunch menu and a 17-course dinner menu, meticulously crafted to delight the senses and push the boundaries of gastronomic innovation. Chef Gaggan’s reinterpretation of familiar flavors further elevates each dish to new heights of culinary excellence.

Immersed within the kinetic pulse of French maison‘s ambience, Gaggan at Louis Vuitton invites guests to embark on a multi-sensory journey. With its harmonious fusion of haute couture and haute cuisine, this establishment promises to captivate the discerning palates of the modern epicurean.
