WHIFF OF WATER. Back in the 90s, Kenzo launched the water-inspired L’Eau par Kenzo pour Homme, which took the world by storm, so to speak, because of its great success
Little did anybody know that the perfume was merely the calm before the real storm. Recently, Kenzo issued a reinvention of the perfume called L’Eau 2 Kenzo Pour Homme. The crystal clear flanker alone would suggest that it has a much lighter mood than its somber, blue-colored predecessor. Water is still the main inspiration, but the new fragrance seems to be more inspired by the sparkling and lively fountains of Rome than by the calm sea which appeared on the old perfume’s packaging. The orange lettering and cap signify the citrus aroma that dominates L’Eau 2 Kenzo pour Homme, offering its wearers “confident masculinity.”
