Inspired by the sci-fi worlds of &#8220;Star Wars&#8221; and the epic narratives of Akira Kurosawa&#8217;s samurai flicks, the collection brilliantly blends innovation with tradition.
With its futuristic themes nicely complemented by an unearthly atmosphere, the collection&#8217;s campaign is set against the volcanic landscapes of Lanzarote in the Canary Islands. The designs themselves are a tasteful fusion of the past and present, with space-age elements and modern twists on classic Japanese clothing, including hakeshi baten jackets and kimonos. Metallic hues, futuristic patterns and cosmic themes give traditional designs a feeling of progressiveness.
