A new era at Dior: Jonathan Anderson steps in as Creative Director. Expect bold moves, fresh menswear, and a shake-up in Paris this summer.

In a major shake-up at the top of one of fashion’s most iconic houses, Dior has officially named Jonathan Anderson as its new Creative Director. The move gives Anderson control over every corner of the brand’s output—men’s, women’s and haute couture—marking the first time since Christian Dior himself that a single designer has led all collections.
Anderson has long been one of the most inventive minds in fashion. Through his own label, JW Anderson, and his decade-long transformation of LOEWE into one of the coolest luxury brands on the planet, he’s proved that he can juggle conceptual edge with commercial appeal—and that he knows exactly what modern men want to wear.
Now, he’s bringing that creative muscle to Dior, a house synonymous with heritage, refinement and showmanship. “It is a great honor to join the House of Dior,” Anderson said in a statement. “I have always been inspired by the rich history of this House, its depth and empathy.” His first official Dior collection will be shown in Paris on June 27, with the debut of Dior Men Summer 2026.
Delphine Arnault, Dior’s CEO, called Anderson’s appointment a “creative and modern vision” for the house, while LVMH chief Bernard Arnault praised him as “one of the greatest creative talents of his generation.”
What this means for Dior Men—and for menswear at large—is anyone’s guess, but one thing’s for sure: Anderson doesn’t do predictable. Whether he’s pushing boundaries with deconstructed tailoring or injecting subversive humor into luxury, he’s always ahead of the curve. Expect a shake-up. Expect something new. And expect men’s fashion to feel very different under his watch.
