A score of famous faces have taken part in Bulgari‘s #RaiseYourHand campaign, a continuation of the brand’s ongoing collaboration with Save the Children, which has raised US$ 50 million to date.

Model Jon Kortajarena, who is one of the aforementioned “famous faces,” was on hand at the kickoff event, held last Friday, July 8, at the the National Museum of the 21st Century Arts (MAXXI), in Rome, Italy. The event also saw Bulgari unveil its new sterling silver and black ceramic bracelet. Designed with the non-profit organization’s logo, it is the third and latest member of the brand’s Save the Children line, after the iconic B.zero1 ring and pendant. An amount of US$ 100 of retail price US$ 510 will be donated directly to Save the Children.

Kortajarena and other celebrities—including fellow model Tommy Dunn, Luke Evans and Kris Wu—appear in a series of photographs while raising their hands. According to photographer Fabrizio Ferri, the pose signals “our presence, our interest, our attention, our participation. To signal that we do not hide, that we have no fear, that we believe we have an answer.” He adds, too, “Raising our hand while wearing the ring or the bracelet symbolizes our support for Bulgari’s effort to raise funds for Save the Children. I have personally witnessed the positive impact it has had on the lives of thousands of children around the world, thanks to the money raised so far. That’s why I donate my work. This is how I raise my hand.”

More celebrities have also agreed to participate and support the campaign, namely Naomi Watts, Meg Ryan, Olivia Palermo, Chiara Ferragni, Lily Aldridge, Helena Christensen and many more.
