Twenty years ago, Hublot redefined the meaning of a luxury watch with the launch of the Big Bang. By fusing materials, defying convention and introducing a bold new aesthetic, the Big Bang quickly became an icon of 21st-century watchmaking. Now, two decades later, Hublot celebrates this milestone with a special five-piece limited-edition Big Bang series. Each watch carries more than commemorative value as they embody the spirit that has defined the Big Bang since its inception.
As Hublot CEO Julien Tornare explains, “This year we’re not only looking back at all that Hublot has achieved through the Big Bang but also looking toward the future and all the potential it still holds.” With materials that challenge the norm, a design language rooted in audacity and a mindset that never settles, the anniversary collection connects the nostalgia of 20 years ago with the present and future of Hublot’s capabilities. It shows just how far fusion and fearlessness can go.
HUBLOT Big Bang 20th Anniversary Titanium Ceramic and King Gold Ceramic 43mm

At their core, these two models honor the original Big Bang DNA: the “Art of Fusion.” Reimagining the first references from 2005, the Titanium Ceramic (limited to 500 pieces) and King Gold Ceramic (limited to 250 pieces) feature a refined 43mm case, a knurled bezel edge and a textured lozenge-pattern rubber strap. Red accents on the carbon-patterned dial recall the early days, now upgraded with Super-LumiNova indexes and powered by the Unico automatic flyback chronograph manufacture caliber. An engraved “20 Years” rotor, a special anniversary crown with a rubber insert and a commemorative Hublot logo complete the modern tribute.

While ceramic has long been a hallmark of Hublot, the Red Magic edition (limited to 100 pieces) celebrates a pivotal achievement: the brand’s 2018 breakthrough in developing in-house colored ceramic. Red and black rubber straps and a dramatic carbon-patterned dial highlight the vivid red case and bezel. This model is both a tribute and a statement of intent, pushing material boundaries in both form and color.

Introduced in 2011, this proprietary scratch-resistant 18K gold alloy blends the luxury of gold with the toughness of ceramic. The Magic Gold edition (limited to 100 pieces) features a striking golden-green tone, a carbon-patterned dial and gilt hands and markers, all powered by the iconic Unico movement.
