It’s Kendall Jenner and her squad versus the world in the official music video for #HMBALMAINATION
After appearing front and center in the ad for the collaborative collection between H&M and Balmain (styled #HMBALMAINATION), model Kendall Jenner now plays the main role in the campaign’s music video that premiered earlier today.
In the video, Jenner leads a crew of women (simply known as the Kendalls) and men—all donning pieces from the #HMBALMAINATION collection—as they walk through futuristic subway cars, while encountering some interesting characters along the way.
Balmain’s Creative Director Olivier Rousteing, who made a cameo appearance, mentioned in an interview that the video was influenced by Michael Jackson’s “Bad.” And not unlike its inspiration, the #HMBALMAINATION music video contains some amazing choreography, thanks to Madonna’s choreographer, Normann Shay.
The #HMBALMAINATION collection is out in H&M stores on November 5. For more on this much-anticipated collection, read our exclusive interview with Rousteing and H&M’s Ann-Sofie Johansson in our DA MAN Style Fall/Winter 2015 issue.
