<h2><a href="http://www.ln-cc.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener">LATE NIGHT CHAMELEON CAFE</a> is an all-in-one super-funk destination. Affectionately known as <a href="http://www.ln-cc.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener">LN-CC</a>, it is a London-based retail concept consisting of an online platform and 5,000 square feet of store space in East London. The project was initiated by John Skelton (formerly of oki-ni andHarrods) and Daniel Mitchell with store design by celebrated set designer Gary Card.</h2>

The Store 
The concept space, designed by renowned artist and set designer Gary Card, is more of an installation piece than a traditional shop, which sets this place apart from other London retailers.

The store consists of three concept rooms, a book and record store, a club space for private events, a working photography studio and is linked together by an &#8220;indoor forest&#8221; and futuristic skeletal tunnel constructed from raw wood and orange acrylic.
Each room has its own theme that, as a whole, embodies the LN-CC concept. The music in the LN-CC club space has been engineered by the brand&#8217;s resident soundman and industry veteran, Mickey Boyle. Micky has installed an ATC system with an extensive history and a huge sound; one of the most refined in London.

The Products 
Inside, they have menswear (and womenswear) based upon a concept of unisex styling, music, books, exhibitions and limited global releases. They curate their own clothing in a very specific way by fusing together what they believe to the be the best brands within the mainline arena such as Balenciaga, Jil Sander, Dries Van Noten, Rick Owens and Yohji Yamamoto with underground Japanese brands such as SASQUATCH and Wacko Maria.

They have also added a mix of the best of the up-and-coming brands from all over the world—J.W. Anderson, New Power Studio and Tze Goh—and merchandise them together. The result is a streetwear-influenced selection of the best produced and most sought-after products in the world.
LN-CC is equally serious about their books and music and are by no means an &#8216;add-on’. This project is more than a store, it’s an evolving platform of curated ideas, encompassing clothing, music and art in both a physical and digital environment.
